The Splatter Experience
At Splatter Shack, creativity comes to life in a fun-filled explosion of colour! Perfect for children and adults alike, our paint splatter experience is all about letting your imagination run wild while creating your own unique masterpiece.
We provide everything you need for your experience, including vibrant paints, creative tools, protective gear, and a 40cm x 30cm canvas to take home. No experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to splash, drip, and create!
If you’d like to create more than one masterpiece, additional canvases in smaller/larger sizes will be available to purchase on the day.
With music, laughter, and plenty of colourful fun, every session is a chance to make memories, express yourself, and enjoy a truly unique creative adventure.
Your Splatter Session
The Splatter Paint experience lasts a total of 90 minutes. This includes 15 minutes to get suited up, 60 minutes of creative splattering fun, and a final 15 minutes to clean up and get changed afterwards.
It’s the perfect balance of preparation, creativity, and winding down—giving you plenty of time to enjoy the full splatter experience from start to finish.

What is a splatter paint experience?
A splatter paint experience is a fun, creative activity where you can throw, flick, drip, splash, and splatter paint onto a canvas to create your own unique artwork. No artistic experience is required—it’s all about having fun and expressing yourself.
Do I need any painting experience?
Not at all. Our sessions are designed for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced artist.
What is included in my booking?
Your booking typically includes:
- A canvas to create your artwork on
- Paint and painting equipment
- Protective clothing and safety equipment
- Access to your splatter paint area
- Guidance from our team if needed

Will I get paint on my clothes?
Paint splattering can be messy! We provide protective clothing; however, we recommend wearing old clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting paint on. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that clothing will remain paint-free and cannot take any responsibility for damaged clothing/shoes.
Is the paint safe?
Yes. We use water-based, non-toxic paints. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or specific concerns, please contact us before your visit.
What should I wear?
We recommend:
- Comfortable clothing
- Old clothes/shoes you don’t mind getting messy
- Closed-toe shoes where possible
Avoid wearing expensive clothing, jewellery, or accessories.
Can children take part?
Yes. All children from the age of 4+ are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
Is the experience suitable for groups?
Absolutely. Splatter paint sessions are perfect for:

How long does a session last?
90 minutes in total. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled session.
Can I take my artwork home?
Yes. Your artwork is yours to keep. A custom sized box if provided free of charge to take your canvas home.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available and make a great present for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and special occasions.

Can I book a private session?
Yes. We offer private bookings for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
What happens if I'm late?
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session to avoid impacting other bookings. Significant delays may result in cancellation. It is at our discretion, subject to availability, to re-book your session for a future date.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.
Do you offer refunds?

Can I bring food and drinks?
